Good. Let's just hope WWE doesn't try to do what TNA did with Orlando Jordan. Just because he's gay doesn't mean he needs to have some gay gimmick a la Billy and Chuck, let him still be his own wrestler. But they shouldn't make his hide it as well. If they happen to hire another gay wrester, and they are going out, WWE should not make them hide their relationship in public, but they most likely would. I'm not saying hide it. I'm saying don't let him be all about it. Even Darren Young said it's not a big deal that he's gay. I just don't want the WWE to give him a tasteless gimmick because he's gay. His sexual preference should matter as much as Zack Ryder or Titus O'Neil's should, you know?

There's an image amongst a lot of people that homosexuals are overly flamboyant, very feminine like. And that's certainly not the case with all homosexuals. So I hope they don't force some stereotypical homosexual gimmick on him just because he's gay.

Given that the WWE is led by corporate Republicans (formerly Linda and currently Vince and HHH), I'm not expecting them to stoop as low as them to put a gay gimmick on Darren Young, but I think they will continue to job him and Titus. WWE.com apparently did just release a statement saying that they support his open sexuality, although the McMahon-Helmsley view on same-sex marriage and how a lot of WWE fans views on gays will encourage their decision to not give him a push, and rather job him even more and put him on TV less.
That did take a hell of a lot of valiance though on Darren Young's part. Risk of being fired or being put with a Drew McIntyre/Billy & Chuck gimmick plus the feeling now that he'll be "taken less seriously" by WWE fans despite being a heel for his sexual orientation. And before any of these fans go picking on him for it (which they of course will), maybe they should think of the whole situation first. A homophobic WWE fan bashing on Darren Young, yet all these homophobic fans like watching half-naked, sweaty men wrestling each other. So it's not so much that I'll be pissed at Vince if he screws over Darren over this, but more so the hypocrisy of the WWE Universe.

I don't think this should change anything at all. It should have no affect on his status in the company.

I think Darren Young said it actually pretty well, that his sexual preferences have nothing to do with his buisness in the WWE, so i think WWE should continue to use Darren Young like they did before he came out and not give him any stuipd gimmick as Young is a professional who keeps his sexual preferences out of this wrestling buisness. Let him be a Prime Time Player inside the ring, but outside the ring Darren Young should be allowed to be himself

good for him. I like Darren Young and I hope this has no effect on his promising career.
