Empire Wrestling Federation
Dutch: and starting off the night we have a qualifying match, the winning team will move on to fight for the EWF women's championship Heyman: This team has potential and is certainly a fan favourite, Ashley and Kaitlyn don't have a lot in common on the surface but deep down they're both devoted to their fans.
Dutch: Of course the team of Maryse and AJ might be like pairing water and oil. A Canadian obsessed with herself and a girl with a few screws loose Heyman: I've seen odder pairings work. Raven and Stevie Richards for example. A dark cult leader and a goofball. Dutch: Well lets see if these two can stay on the same page long enough to qualify
Ashley & Kaitlyn VS. Maryse & AJ
Ashley and Kaitlyn seem to gel well together as the pair take turns working down AJ who starts off the match, Ashley clotheslines AJ and goes for a pin but only gets a one count. AJ fights back however as she grabs Ashley by the hair and smacks her head against the canvas before slamming her down onto her back. Ashley crawls to her corner and tags Kaitlyn in as AJ runs back to Maryse. Kaitlyn spears AJ hard onto the mat, Maryse quickly tags herself in as Kaitlyn covers AJ. the referee refuses to count and tells Kaitlyn that AJ's not legal. As Kaitlyn gets to her feet she is kicked in the stomach and planted down hard with a french kiss DDT. Maryse wraps herself around Kaitlyn as the referee counts the pin.
Winners: AJ and Maryse
Cody Rhodes is backstage as Renee Young asks him his opinion of his defeat to John Cena last week. Cody congratulates Cena on his win but says that he'll be victorious should they meet again.
Heyman: Here we have the veteran competitor William Regal making his EWF debut Dutch: we'll see tonight if he has what it takes to beat his fellow countryman, the up and coming Magnus Heyman: Regal may be getting older but he's learned a lot in his years in the business. He's cold, calculating and willing to do whatever it takes to win
Heyman: Magnus has the momentum going into this match. He beat The Hurricane in the first round, Regal just sat backstage and watched Dutch: He's certainly got the fans on his side and in a match like this they can give you the extra boost that it takes to put you over the top
William Regal Vs Magnus
The two British competitors lock up, Magnus seems to have an advantage as he displays more strength than Regal, forcing him backwards into the ropes. Regal covers himself and waits for the referee to pull Magnus off of him as he takes a cheap shot and hits Magnus as he's pulled away. Magnus takes Regal down with a high knee and covers him for a one count. Regal grabs Magnus by the boot as he attempts to get up and trips him before getting Magnus into position and locking in the Regal stretch, Magnus taps out immediately to prevent any lasting damage.
Winner: William Regal
The Bella Twins are talking backstage about Cena's success in the World Championship tournament when Johhny Curtis walks up behind them and wraps an arm around each of the pair, asking them if they "Want to get weird". The Twins quickly escape.
Dutch: This man made short work of his last opponent, let's see what he can do in the second round Heyman: Tonight he'll be facing off against his former team mate, many times we've seen Langston stand at the side of the ring. He's bound to have picked up some idea of how Dolph operates Dutch: He's tough, there's no doubting that. He has the size it takes to dominate that ring
Heyman: Of course in the last round we saw Dolph take down The Animal Batista, size means nothing to the Show off! Dutch: We'll see how little size matters when Langston flattens him like an anvil
Dolph Ziggler Vs Big E Langston
Big E seems to be ready for his match as he stands toe to toe with his former ally Ziggler. A hard push from the big man bounces Ziggler into the ropes as Langston attempts to clothesline him over the top, Dolph ducks out of the way and quickly rolls Langston up for a two count. Big E seems less than impressed by his attempt at winning and takes Ziggler down hard with a belly to belly suplex and follows it up with a splash, a quick cover only gives Langston a two count as well as he picks Ziggler up by the head and suplexes him. Ziggler tries to catch a breather as he rolls out of the ring, the crowd cheers him on as Langston follows him out through the middle rope. Ziggler sees his opportunity as he grabs Big E by the boot and crotches him on the middle rope. Ziggler jumps up onto the apron and hits a fameasser from the apron to the arena floor below.
Ziggler rolls back into the ring as the referee counts to ten but at the count of six Langston gets to his feet and unsteadily rolls himself into the ring, having the momentum Ziggler dropkicks Langston to the canvass and yells at him to get up, running his hands through his hair as Langston climbs up wearily. Ziggler grabs Big E from behind and brings him back down with the zig-zag before hooking the leg. The referee counts to three as Ziggler moves on to the next round.
Winner: Dolph Ziggler
Ryback makes his first appearance in EWF after his short stint in Revolution X wrestling. Renee Young asks him his opinion of EWF so far and he tells her that the roster should consider itself on notice and no matter who wins the World Title and becomes the first champion that he'll be second.
Dutch: I spoke to Punk earlier in the night and he still seemed to be favoring his ankle Heyman: Angle isn't kidding when he threatens to break it. The doctors said he'd be able to compete and for Punk that's all it takes. He's the best in the world and tonight he's going to prove it
Heyman: He's well rested, he had a first round by, lets see what he can do in his EWF debut Dutch: Punk took a hell of a pounding last week, Roode meanwhile is fresh and ready to go
CM Punk Vs Bobby Roode
Punk pauses for a moment as he lets the crowd chant for him, he smiles and points at Roode who the crowd promptly begins to boo. Unamused by this Roode tackles Punk and gives him hell with a series of right hands. Bobby picks Punk up and bashes his head into the nearby turnbuckle before ramming him in the midsection with his shoulder. Punk battles back however as he grabs Roode around the neck, steps up onto the turnbuckle behind him and spins him around for a DDT. Roode attempts to get to his feet but Punk kicks him in the knee and attempts to lock in the anaconda vice. Roode struggles but manages to get his foot on the nearby rope. Punk uneasily hobbles to the nearby turnbuckle, clearly not entirely recovered from his match with Angle last week. He tries to climb to the top rope but his ankle slows him down enough to allow Roode to recover who grabs him as he reaches the top and brings him back down to the canvas with a back body drop.
Roode kicks Punk in the injured ankle before stomping on it full force, Punk rolls away and attempts to get to his feet as he uses the ropes for support. Roode grabs Punk and takes him down by his arm before locking in the crossface. Punk yells out in pain and manages to get his injured ankle on the ropes. Roode gets to his feet and kicks the ankle once for good measure. Bobby takes his time as he waits for CM Punk to get to his feet before charging at him for a clothesline, Punk however surprises him as he kicks him in the side of the head, accidentally putting all of his weight on his bad ankle. Both Punk and Roode fall to the mat, Punk grabs at his ankle in pain and Roode seems to have had his light knocked out. Punk crawls towards his opponent and locks him into the anaconda vice once again. This time Roode is unable to reach the ropes and taps out.
Winner: CM Punk
Austin meets Punk backstage and congratulates him on his victory. He tells him that he's drink a victory beer for him since he knows Punk won't. Punk gives him a pat on the shoulder and hobbles off to his locker room.
Heyman: Oh god, and the children go wild Dutch: This again? Cena is way better than you give him credit for, he beat Cody Rhodes last week and that's no small feat Heyman: Alright, the women in the audience also go wild. How's that? Dutch: Decent enough for a smart ass
Heyman: See this guy might get his share of boos from the audience but he's my favourite to win this thing Dutch: Cena's no pushover. You don't become a 14 time world champion with just popularity Heyman: Wade's willing to do whatever it takes to get the win. Lying and cheating will get you farther than kissing babies and making out with one of the Bellas Dutch: You're looking to get cuffed up the side of the head aren't you?
John Cena Vs Wade Barrett
Things start off as Wade is distracted by the booing crowd, turning his back on Cena he begins to tell them off but is quickly shown the folly of his ways as he receives a bulldog. Picking Wade up Cena throws him into the ropes and shoulder checks him as he comes running back. Cena jumps back up on his feet as the crowd cheers, bouncing off the ropes Cena runs at Barrett who counters with a sidewalk slam followed by a pin for a two count. Wade grabs Cena and puts him in a headlock, holding him in place and wearing him down. Battling back Cena grabs Wade by the head and throws him over his shoulder. John gets to his feet as Barrett rushes at him and puts Wade down with a hip toss.
John climbs the nearby turnbuckle as Wade gets up to his feet and a flying legdrop connects across the back of Wade. Cena goes for the cover but Barrett kicks out at two and a half. Layla comes down to ringside and watches the developments of the match as Cena picks Barrett up for the attitude adjustment, Barrett grabs the top rope and knees John in the side of the head, barely managing to escape the maneuver. Barrett levels Cena with a big boot as he begins to roll his elbow pad down and signaling his intention to go for the Bullhammer. Cena dodges his attack and takes Barrett down with a drop toe hold before locking in the STF. Layla grabs Barrett's hand and struggles to pull him to the ropes, putting one foot on the apron and pulling with all her might she manages to help Wade grab the rope before she accidentally falls over. Cena gets up and tells the referee what happened with the referee insisting that he didn't see anything. Wade recovers quickly and hits Cena with the bullhammer as he turns back to face him, covering him the referee counts. 1...2..3! Wade moves on to the next round and will be facing CM Punk next week.
Winner: Wade Barrett

Now, I have been told that HCCW management can't give me a rematch because of a technicality in HCCW's by-laws. Now, the HCCW fans are going to vote for my opponent at the pay-per-view. I'm gonna tell you all right now, and all of the guys who may be facing me. I do not care what I have to do. I WILL be the HCCW Global Champion, and when I win that belt, I will rub it in Austin Aries' and the little bitch of a ref's faces."

Bentley: "You know, this isn't Mexico guys. If you want to live and work in our country, you should learn our language."
Mistico: "Oh, we speak english just fine. We just choose not to because then we would have to actually talk to morons like you."
