Pyro explodes on the stage as SummerSlam kicks off! The fans cheer and the camera pans around the arena, showing all the fans, and eventually rests on the commentary team for the night.
Cole: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the biggest party of the summer, SummerSlam! We’re here live from Miami, Florida! I’m Michael Cole here with WWE Hall of Famer, Jerry “The ” Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield, JBL!
Lawler: Thanks for the introduction Cole. Tonight, the main event is a huge 8 Man Tag Team match, pitting The New Dangerous Alliance, CM Punk, Seth Rollins and The Ascension’s Conor O’Brian and Kenneth Cameron against Team Daniel Bryan, consisting of Daniel Bryan, Alex Riley, Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd! The New Dangerous Alliance holds the WWE, United States and World Tag Team Championships, and their match is for all the gold!
Cole: That’s right Jerry, and should Team Bryan win, Daniel Bryan will be awarded the WWE Championship, Alex Riley the United States Championship, and the team of Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd will win the World Tag Team Championships!
JBL: Don’t forget SmackDown’s main event of the evening, a rematch from arguably the match of the night at The Great American Bash, as Dolph Ziggler once again defends his World Heavyweight Championship against “The All American American” Jack Swagger!
Cole: We’ll also see Brock Lesnar vs. The Rock once again. 11 years ago to the day, The Rock defended his WWE Undisputed Championship against Brock Lesnar, and on this night 11 years ago, Brock Lesnar became the youngest WWE Champion in our company’s history! Now, the 11 Year Anniversary of that night, Rock and Brock go at it one more time, but this time, in an Unsanctioned matchup!
JBL: And on SmackDown, just 5 nights after The Great American Bash, The Undertaker made his return to the WWE! He was about to say something, when the returning Randy Orton attacked him! Since then, Undertaker and Orton have been going at it, even being on opposite ends of a six man tag team match a couple of weeks ago, and it all comes down to tonight!
Lawler: Let’s not forget all the other amazing matches to come tonight: Chris Jericho’s Pay-Per-View return against John Cena, the Inter-Promotional Fatal 4 Way, Sheamus vs. Kane, the Intercontinental and Hardcore Championships on the line! I can’t wait to get this night started!
Cole: And start it shall, now!

Josh Matthews is shown backstage, standing with a microphone and smiling in front of an interview set.
Matthews: Ladies and gentlemen, my guest at this time: World Heavyweight Champion, Dolph Ziggler.
Ziggler walks into the shot with a smile on his face.
Matthews: Dolph, tonight you once again defend your title against Jack Swagger. Are you planning to do anything different?
Ziggler: Yes Josh, I am. Jack Swagger isn’t stupid. He’s going to change his game plan, so I’m gonna change mine. And while I may not be prepared for what he has to store, I can change plans on the fly, in the middle of a match. That’s why I’ve been World Heavyweight Champion for 9 months. There isn’t a person alive that will take this title from me, and it sure as hell won’t be Jack Swagger. He only ever became World Champion because of Money in the Bank, and he held the title for what, 3 months? His reign was completely forgettable. And while I became World Champion with Money in the Bank, I’ve proved time and time again that I am the best man in the business today! I’ve beaten The Big Show! I’ve beaten Randy Orton! I’ve beaten Wade Barrett! I’ve beaten Jack Swagger! And I’ll beat him again tonight. The only way I see myself losing the World Title tonight, or at all, is by a Money in the Bank cash in. Show… Off.
Ziggler walks out of the shot, leaving Matthews standing there, confused.

MVP is shown standing backstage, as he prepares for his match next.
MVP: Drew McIntyre is a man who has been wrongly holding what is rightfully mine since The Great American Bash. I never lost my title. I was never pinned to the mat 1, 2, 3. I never tapped out. Therefore, I am STILL the champion. I don’t care what anyone says about it. I don’t care that it was a Triple Threat match. All I care about is getting back MY Intercontinental Title. And Drew McIntyre will know, tonight, what it’s like to be beaten by a Ballin’ Superstar!

Booker: I can’t wait for this next match dog, ya know?
Triple H: It should be great. I can’t wait to see Raw beat SmackDown in the Fatal 4 Way.
Teddy: What do you mean playa?
Triple H: Well, it’s obvious, isn’t it? Raw has 2 behemoths, while SmackDown has one and… Wade Barrett.
Teddy: What’s that supposed to mean playa?
Booker: Teddy, what are you doing?
Triple H: It means that Raw picked the better Superstars than SmackDown.
Teddy: You know what playa? I…
Booker: TEDDY! I don’t need you fighting my battles. I’m the General Manager of SmackDown, I picked Mark Henry and Wade Barrett.
Teddy: I’m the Assistant General Manager playa. I’m just trying to help you do YOUR job right.
Booker: What?
Teddy and Booker begin an argument. Triple H exhales in exasperation and turns to the monitor to continue watching the show.

Jericho: Your right, I’m only in a match tonight because you challenged me. And you were right about me not deserving a WWE Title Shot, when you’ve been trying hard for months to get one. Doing what though? What have you done to earn a WWE Title match yourself?
Cena: I’ve busted my ASS week in and week out, that’s what I’ve done. And, if beating you gets me back into the WWE Title picture, then I guess it’ll have to be. May the best man win.

Cole: That was an amazing match, and a great Pay-Per-View return for Chris Jericho!
Lawler: You said it, Cole. That match was pretty great. I hope we get to see Chris Jericho in a WWE Title match very soon.
JBL: But, ladies and gentlemen, we’ve hit our top 4: The 4 biggest matches of the night! Our 4 different main events!
Cole: That’s right John. First of our “Top 4” as you called it, is a match full of drama. The Undertaker made his return to SmackDown, and it was ruined by the return of Randy Orton. Orton challenged “The Deadman” to a match, which Undertaker accepted. Since then, they’ve been playing mind games with each other, and tonight, it all culminates with this match.
Lawler: It really does sound exciting. I’m willing to bet this match will be even more exciting than the last.

Orton climbs to the second rope and poses, as medics pull Taker out of the ring and help him backstage. Orton yells up at Taker that he said he'd do it, and smirks, as the camera fades to the back.
----
Cole: That was absolutely brutal. Ladies and gentlemen, we hope to get you an update on The Undertaker’s condition by the end of the night.
JBL: It’s pretty easy to say though. That punt has concussed so many people in the past, it almost surely concussed The Undertaker!
Lawler: It was hard to watch Randy do that to The Undertaker. I sure hope he’s alright.
----
Jack Swagger is shown doing pushups backstage, in the middle of the hall, as Matt Striker comes up to him.
Striker: Uh, Jack, mind if I have a word?
Swagger jumps up to his feet and glares at Striker.
Swagger: Make it quick. I’ve got a World Title to win.
Striker: Well, Jack, you lost your World Title match at The Great American Bash. What do you plan on doing differently in this match.
Swagger: Nothing I did when I lost was wrong. Dolph Ziggler was just lucky once again. He was lucky he didn’t lose the World Title back at Armageddon against Big Show. He’s been lucky to not lose the title for all these months he’s held it. Last time, Dolph was lucky again. Tonight, he won’t be so lucky. What Randy Orton just did to The Undertaker? Its child’s play compared to what I’ll be doing to Dolph Ziggler’s ankle tonight. I’ll break his ankle, make him tap, and win the World Heavyweight Championship!
Swagger walks off, leaving Striker standing there.

He takes his title off from around his waist, and raises it in the air, then hands it to the ref, who raises it, then hands it to ringside, calling for the bell.

Ziggler gets up onto his other leg, hopping to keep his balance, then jumps and hits Swagger with a mule kick. Swagger stumbles back and falls out of the ring, as Ziggler goes into the corner, seated. He calls for the ref and tells him he thinks his ankle is broken, as Swagger re-enters the ring and charges Ziggler, hitting him with a knee to the head. The New Dangerous Alliance is shown backstage, with all 5 men huddled together. Paul breaks from the bunch as the other 4 discuss what’s sure to be tonight’s main event. Paul comes to the camera and begins speaking.
Heyman: Daniel Bryan, Alex Riley, Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd. Those 4 men are the “team” who has come together to take on the New Dangerous Alliance. They think that, because they’ve been training together for weeks, they have a shot at winning tonight. Nobody beats CM Punk when the WWE Championship is on the line. Nobody beats The Ascension when the World Tag Team Championships are on the line. Only once has Seth Rollins been defeated when the United States Championship was on the line, and the man who beat him isn’t even in the match. Tonight, The New Dangerous Alliance will step up, once again, and for the first time in a WWE Ring, team together in one big match. We’ve been a cohesive unit for months now, and there isn’t a combination of men in the world that can defeat us. Tonight, CM Punk will once again successfully defend the WWE Championship, and his reign as champion will go on to the heights we’ve set: #1. CM Punk is the Best in the World. And in due time, he will be the best WWE Champion, statistically, of all time.
Heyman shoos the cameraman away, as he returns to the huddle.

He waits for Brock to stand and hits him with a Spinebuster onto the chair, then stands at his head. He removes his elbow pad and throws it into the crowd, then motions for the People's Elbow. Brock lifts him up for the F5, but Rock again lays shots into Brock's leg with the kendo stick. Brock drops Rock, and Rock hits Brock with the Rock Bottom. John Laurinaitis runs out and jumps onto the apron, as Rock approaches him. Triple H's theme hits, and he walks out. He points down to Laurinaitis, telling him that he warned him, and walks down the ramp. Laurinaitis goes to get off the apron, but Rock grabs him and holds him there. Triple H pulls Laurinaitis off the apron and holds him by the tie, as Laurinaitis pleads with Triple H. Triple H kicks Laurinaitis in the gut and hits him with a Pedigree. Rock then turns around as Brock grabs his arm and pulls him down into a Kimura Lock. Rock tries his hardest to get out of it, getting up onto his feet and goes to pick Brock up, but Brock tightens the hold and keeps it on, as Rock drops him back down to the mat, his legs giving out. Brock then clearly breaks Rock's arm, as Rock immediately taps out.
Roberts: Here is your winner, by submission, Brock Lesnar!
Triple H gets in the ring as Brock rolls out, and checks on Rock with doctors. Rock is heard saying his arm is broken, as Brock picks Laurinaitis up and helps him to the back. Doctors are tending to Rock as the camera then shows Cole, Lawler and JBL.
----
Cole: Well ladies and gentlemen, tonight has been a brutal night. We’ve seen Undertaker go out with what seems to be a concussion, then Jack Swagger almost breaks Dolph Ziggler’s ankle, possibly breaking it, and now, Brock Lesnar has broken The Rock’s arm. All this brutality, and we’ve still got one more match to go.
Lawler: That’s right, the 8 Man Tag Team match for the WWE, United States and World Tag Team Championships! I’ve been looking forward to this for months now!
Cole: For good reason too. Tonight could be the night that CM Punk’s astounding reign as WWE Champion finally comes to an end! Punk has been WWE Champion for, as of tonight, 644 days. He won the WWE Championship all the way back at Survivor Series of 2011, held the WWE Championship through all of 2012 and now most of 2013. John, who do you think will walk out as champion tonight?
JBL: I don’t think CM Punk’s reign as WWE Champion will ever end, Michael! I think he’ll do everything he has to in order to keep the WWE Championship around his waist. Doesn’t matter how he does it either, as long as he keeps that WWE Title!
Lawler: Well I think Daniel Bryan will be the one to dethrone CM Punk. You’ve got to remember, Daniel Bryan has a team backing him that he has been training with for weeks, a team that could easily help him out at any time. Alex Riley, Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd are great competitors that could help get the win and propel them all to championship gold!
JBL: CM Punk has had Paul Heyman and The Ascension on his side since before the Royal Rumble in January, and they recruited Seth Rollins at WrestleMania! They’ve been together for months! No way this team of Daniel Bryan’s wins tonight!
Cole: Well ladies and gentlemen, it’s now time for the 8 Man Tag Team Winners Take All match!
----
Roberts: The following match is an 8 Man Tag Team match scheduled for one fall, and it is for the United States, World Tag Team, and WWE Championships!
